Chris Prince
As a member of Everest Development, Chris is a visionary real estate developer specializing in high-end residential single-family homes in the Los Angeles area. His journey began as a general contractor, founding CP Construction and spending 10 years honing his craft in the competitive Los Angeles market.
Working primarily with off-site construction projects for entertainment industry clients in the Hollywood Hills and greater Los Angeles area, Chris developed an exceptional eye for detail and design, earning a reputation for delivering imaginative, luxury homes tailored to the unique tastes of his high-profile clientele.
After a decade of building a successful contracting business, Chris partnered with Chad Stansbury to co-found Everest Development, a premier development company focused on creating exclusive, high-end properties. Together, they have overseen $40 million in transactions, delivering outstanding returns for investors and establishing Everest Development as a trusted name in luxury real estate.
